Sanctum is built on a foundation of privacy. This policy explains how we handle information — both in the app and on this website.

The Sanctum App

Sanctum processes all personal data locally on your device. Your journals, voice recordings, habit data, and AI conversations are stored only on your phone and are never transmitted to our servers.

• No cloud storage of personal content
• No behavioral tracking or analytics within the app
• No account required for core features
• No sale or sharing of personal data — because we never collect it

This Website — Waitlist

If you join our founding waitlist, we collect only:

• Your email address
• The date and time of your signup

We use this information solely to notify you about Sanctum's launch and founding member opportunities. Waitlist data is stored in a private, access-restricted spreadsheet viewable only by authorized Sanctum team members. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

Your Rights (United States)

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you
• Request deletion of your waitlist information
• Opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information

Data Export & Deletion

Within the app, you can export all your data at any time. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data from your device.

To remove your email from our waitlist, contact us at hello@sanctum.app and we will delete your entry promptly.
